ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge that participation in off-site ghost investigations and tours organized by the Oregon Ghost Conference involves inherent risks including but not limited to: uneven terrain, low-light conditions, exposure to weather, physical exertion, and psychological stress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Oregon Ghost Conference, its organizers, staff, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in these activities.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this waiver. I have read this waiver in its entirety and sign it voluntarily.
