As a child, Sonia had profound experiences which opened her eyes to who we are as a spiritual energetic being, and as an adult she continued to study and practice her craft to further refine her skills. She is a Shamanic Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, and Psychic/Medium. Sonia holds a master's degree in nursing, and is a certified HeartMath™ Trauma-Informed Practitioner. This unique combination of formal training and spiritual practices gives her a wide range of experience and abilities to support others on their path, both in the physical and spiritual realms. Sonia founded Spirit2Spirit in 2021 with a deep desire to return the body, mind and soul back to balance. She achieves this through teaching, speaking, and retreats where she focuses on developing our natural gifts and abilities through emotional intelligence, connection to ourselves and our communities, leadership, mindfulness, and spiritual health and wellbeing, to prepare us to heal our wounds and evolve ourselves and our communities. There is so much more out there than what we can see with the eyes, much of it must be felt through the heart.
