Paranormal Ethics
Topic Description:

What does it mean to be an ethical investigator and researcher? When people decide to get into the field of the paranormal, either as a researcher, investigator, author, or podcaster, what obligations to we have? Together we will explore what professions require a code of ethics and what the purpose of such codes do. What rights to clients have? What about the privacy of people in crisis? Or even just making sure that clients are protected from people trespassing on their property. We will also discuss case documentation, and what documents should be in all paranormal researcher’s tool bag. Ethical researchers are needed in the field, and it is hope this will educate those just starting out, as well as veteran researchers alike.
