Objects that had special meaning to a person in life, continue to have a connection to that spirit, once past. Jewish mystic Yitzhak Schlomi calls these sorts of objects “haunted artefacts”. This event will be a mystically-based Victorian-like séance. Using techniques of Jewish mysticism, Yitzhak leads the participants to interactively work together to explore the spirits connected to haunted objects. Prior experience in meditation is not necessary, but useful. We will not be trying to contact your dead relatives, so please don't ask. If you have a moral objection to communicating with spirits of the dead, please do not sign up for this event. Practicing Jewish mystic Yitzhak Schlomi interactively leads the participants through the theory and terminology of Jewish mysticism as it relates to interacting with spirits, particularly spirits of the dead connected to various objects. Using the Hitbonenut, an ancient form of Jewish meditation, we will elevate your Nefesh (an aspect of your own living spirit), increasing your perception to spirits of the dead. This séance expects a high degree of group participation and interaction. Yitzhak will bring a sampling of his collection of artefacts to investigate.

In addition to purchasing individual tickets to classes, tours or events, you will also need to purchase a General Admission Ticket.

General Admission Tickets are $20 and are good for the entire weekend. General Admission Passes can be purchased through our Online Box Office or at the Oregon Ghost Conference Box Office at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center, Friday, March 22nd-Sunday, March 24th. General Admission tickets are good for admission to the Vendors Area and all Main Stage Speaker presentations for all three days of the Oregon Ghost Conference.

Sunday Only General Admission Tickets are $10 and can only be purchased in person at the  Oregon Ghost Conference Box Office at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center, Sunday, March 24th ONLY.
