| Shadow Work for Healers and Empaths | | | Class Description:
| | | | | | | | Shadow Work for Healers and Empaths Taught by returning instructor Jason Masuoka, this transformative class explores the archetype of the wounded warrior—those who feel called to heal others because of their own deep wounds. While this path can be powerful and sacred, it often leads to burnout, blurred boundaries, and energetic depletion. In this session, Jason guides empaths, intuitives, and healing practitioners through the essential inner work of recognizing and integrating their own shadows. Participants will learn how to identify when their giving becomes self-sacrifice, how to set clear energetic boundaries, and how to care for themselves without guilt or spiritual bypassing. Through practical tools, metaphysical insight, and compassionate dialogue, Jason helps attendees reclaim their sovereignty and redefine what it means to serve from a place of wholeness rather than wounding. This class is ideal for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the weight of others’ emotions, or who struggles to balance their healing gifts with personal well-being. Come ready to reflect, release, and realign. Your healing journey deserves just as much care as the ones you support. | | | | | | | | Class Outcomes: | | | | | | | | By the end of this class, attendees will learn: How to recognize the wounded warrior archetype within themselves and its impact on their healing work Techniques for setting and maintaining healthy energetic boundaries Practices for self-care that honor their sensitivity without guilt or overextension Tools for identifying when helping becomes self-sacrifice—and how to shift that pattern How to engage with their own shadow work to foster clarity, resilience, and authenticity Language and strategies for communicating boundaries in personal and professional settings | | | | | | | | Instructor Biography Page | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | OGC Ticketing Tips: | | | | | | Before purchasing tickets for Classes, Evening Events, Investigtions or Ghost Tours, we highly recommend that you make a plan by looking at the 2026 Schedule so you can decide how you want to spend your time and to make sure you don’t purchase tickets for classes or events that overlap or cause scheduling conflicts.
